Annual Parker's Crossroads Battleground Memorial

Annual Parker’s Crossroads Battleground Memorial Lantern Walk - Sponsored by the Parkers Crossroads Battlefield Association. Starting at dusk, guides will lead groups on lantern lighted walks through the battlefield with volunteers portraying soldiers and civilians sharing stories taken from the letters and diaries of the period. The 40 minute walk will start at tour stop 7 which is located south of I-40. Turn east onto Federal Lane traveling approximately 1/4 mile to the battlefield parking area. The concert also features a side-by-side performance with The Jackson Symphony Youth Orchestra of the colossal finale of Mahler's Titan Symphony. 7:30 PM.
