The new Twist Midtown Grill and Bar, inside the DoubleTree by Hilton in Jackson, TN, features a unique menu unlike any other in Jackson Tennessee.  It's name comes from the vision of placing a sophisticated twist on many favorite Old Southern recipes, a emerging style of cuisine that is becoming very popular in major Southern cities.

Offering "Contemporary Southern Cuisine", the Twist Midtown Grill menu includes entrees such as sauteed shrimp with white cheddar grits, butter milk fried chicken, BBQ pork ribs  with apple pecan stuffed sweet potato, and blackened catfish with okra ragout and rice.

Twist Midtown Bar provides an extensive wine list, along with several Southern style specialty drinks such as "Velvet Elvis" and "Southern Lemonade".
